OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO QUANTIZAR IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Quantizar is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, subject to applicable mandatory legal protections where required.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms with a new Effective Date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Entire Agreement
